Okay, I will fess up... I fully intended to write a weekly commentary on DC's year-long event 52. However, with all the events happening around your friendly neighborhood Geek's life, it was inevitable that something was going to give. Sadly, that something is the front-line review style of 52.
Don't get me wrong. I am still reading the series and am, for the most part, enjoying the tales come out of DC. Black Adam is quickly earning a place within my large fandom heart as one of the better revitalized characters of all time. But, I still feel bad that I slacked on my 52 reviews.
Thankfully, there is a blogger who is sticking true to his claim of keeping a running commentary… Check out Legion of Doom at http://legionofdoom.cheeksofgod.com/. Not only is he keeping some great taps on 52, but the writer knows comics and has some interesting insight on all manner of "funny books".
