Darn Near 15 Years Ago…

Close to 15 years ago, my normal Geek existence got split in two, like so many vials of acid tossed in my face. Only, the attack didn't come from Boss Maroni, oh no, it came from a (then) rather tiny game company in Washington with a rather nerdy mathematician on its payroll… His name was Richard Garfield and that vial of acid was (and is) called Magic: The Gathering... With the pending 10th Edition of Magic: the Gathering a short 24 hours away, I must reflect upon who I am now... who I could have become... and the constant fight between the two...

This weekend I will learn what kind of a gaming Geek I've become...

Well I accept my inevitable defeat at the 10th Edition Tournament at the hands of a wisecracking 12-year old?

Will I school the little punk like the snot-nosed gamer n00b he is…?
