Well, it was a long ass road, but the great silence is finally over... And, even better, we get to celebrate the return in proper Rick Emerson Show fashion...

On Thursday, April 20, in the year of our Lord 2006 at Sabala's Mt. Tabor I, along with all Emerson fans will assemble for Listener Party 9 - KISN My Ass!
Not to be all preachy, but we Geeks often claim that the powers that be don’t listen to our requests, that they simply turn their heads at our collective cries. Well, not this time. They have done their part, it is time for us to to our final part... Come to Sabala's Mt. Tabor this Thursday. Show the suits at CBS Radio that the Rick Emerson fan is a force to be reckoned with. Let them know that we are more then a collection of shattered coffee cups and some forum posts.
And, even if you could care less about “Geek duty” (heh, duty)... The Emerson Listener parties are events to be remembered... Listener Party 9 looks to be no different:
Rick, Sarah, live news from Tim Riley, Clyde Lewis, and all the usual gang of Freaks and Geeks will be in attendance.
An extra special and extra rocking performance by band formerly known as the Bigger Than Jesus House Band, with guest duet... A rocking vocal contest... School Girls... and the creepy Sabala's Mt. Tabor haunted forest hall... Gonna’ need more then breadcrumbs to find your way out of that place.
