Well, you can basically get this information anywhere, but since you're here... Might as well share huh?!

- Topher "my name is fake" Grace signs on for Spiderman 3. Although the villain he will play is not known, Topher has stated the he will play one of the two bad guys in the upcoming Spiderman flick. Two villains at once huh? Attention Sony: Please to go watch Batman Forever or Batman and Robin... Try to scale it back to one baddie... In other news... Your friendly neighborhood Geek wants to be named Aar Ran.

- Whedon sheds some much desired light on the film version of everyone's favorite Amazon... "We're like, 'Let's write the part! Then we'll have a better idea of who's good for it.' And we've talked about whether it should be someone famous or an unknown. Ultimately there are advantages to both, so nobody's thinking about that... except everybody." Joss goes on to state: "There hasn't even actually been a whole deal signed and everything [for Wonder Woman]. I'm working on it in the way that I always work on everything which is that I think about it while I'm doing other things, but right now we're in the final stages of wrapping up Serenity and that's where my focus is. The reason I was able to take the Wonder Woman gig was that they don't have a release date and they don't have a schedule, and that means I have time to sit back and get it right." Thanks Joss, cause we all know that shows that don't get your FULL attention turn out oh so well...cough - Angel - cough...

- Henry Corden, beloved voice of Fred Flintstone passed this morning. Corden died of emphysema Thursday night at AMI Encino Hospital, his longtime agent Don Pitts said Friday. Corden's wife of nine years, Angelina, was with him at the time. While Jackie Gleason may have been the template for the loud, bombastic, but ultimately sensitive husband... It was Henry Corden's voice acting of Fred Flintstone that made it an icon of pop culture. You will be missed.

- Finally... With the countdown to Revenge of the Sith passed... It is time for Aar Ran to obsess over new yet to be released films this summer... Top of the list... Batman Begins...followed closely by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and George A. Romero's Land of the Dead... Although I am certain that no one can reach the excitement level as Brother D's for George's newest zombie flick...
